Synapse will cancel the transaction
Collect information from the user around the purpose of the transaction
Create a ticket with Synapse Support to allow the transaction
Synapse Support will process Transaction

Automated limits are intended to support regular user operations
Occasional transactions that exceed limits are managed as exceptions
