Ship a Card to Account Holder

1. Create a card

2. Collect name on card from user (if desired)

3. Ship the card

4. User receives the card

5. Collect CVV from the User

6. Get card details

   1. full_dehydrate=YES

7. Verify submitted CVV against card details

8. Set Card PIN

9. Activate Card

Notes:

• Do not ship active cards as this leads to fraud in the event of delivery failure
