1. Wait for the user to be approved SEND-AND-RECEIVE

2. Preview the Node Agreement

3. Display Account Disclosure

   1. Display the Agreement PDF to User

4. Collect Affirmative Consent from the user

5. Run Credit Decisioning

6. Create the Node with Credit Decision (required for Approved and Rejected Loans)
